What is Find Your Voice?
Find Your Voice is an eight week program meant to help you find your voice in the crowd. Whether you’re a grad student wondering about what comes next, a ECF trying to find a new rhythm after landing the job, or a scholar working to establish your identity in an non-traditional role, this program was designed to empower you. Find Your Voice will help you do the work to find what you want from your life now, and in the future, and set you up with the tools to make that happen.
Eight weeks of curriculum to challenge and support you
Eight weeks of videos and written material will help you:
Evaluate where you are now, and what you need
Clarify your values, and what you want your life to look like now, and moving forward
Develop a structure to thrive now and plan for the future
Build awareness around your boundaries, and what you need to be at your best
The goal is to find yourself in the bigger system, and locate your agency. Find your voice so you can hear yourself in the noise of a competitive, challenging, wonderful life.
Weekly assignments, but on your own time
On our private coaching site, you’ll find weekly assignments. There are worksheets to help you reflect actively on the week’s themes, assignments to bring awareness to your daily rhythms and habits, all with feedback and engagement from me, your coach!
There are places to track your goals, metrics to measure your progress, but best of all….
it happens at your own pace.
No hard due dates, no shame or guilt if the schedule gets reconfigured, just support and structure to the extent that you want it.
Live events, accountability, and community spaces
There will also be three live events:
May 28, 7-8:30 pm EDT Kickoff
June 26, 7-8:30 pm EDT Check In
July 24, 7-8:30 pm EDT Wrap Up
But don’t worry if you can’t make them live - they’ll be recorded and posted, and you’ll have a chance to ask questions and participate asynchronously, too!
Plus on our private coaching site, you’ll have places to track your goals, use accountability tools, and engage in community if you’d like as well. And as usual, we aren’t on Facebook or Twitter, so it’ll be private and confidential!
