When you sign up, I send you an email (within a few hours) with your planning workbook and other details. For the next seven following days, an email will send at midnight EST with your sprint resources for the day. The seventh email includes the wrap up workbook.
So, to put that plainly, sign up the day before you want to sprint so that your sprint starts when you want it to! But the emails and materials are yours to keep, so you can pace the week as you’d like.
